These terms explain how penii works, what users are responsible for, and how account use is handled.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. We may send important service and security emails when needed to operate the app.
3. Financial Data and Product Scope
penii provides manual-first tools for personal financial management, including tracking expenses, bills, savings, budgets, and forecast views. The information displayed in the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
4. Manual Data Accuracy
You are responsible for entering accurate bill, balance, income, and expense information so your forecasts remain useful and up to date. While we strive to present that information clearly, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data you manually enter into the app.
5. Product Availability
penii is currently offered as a free app. If the product model changes in the future, any updated pricing or access terms will be presented clearly in-app and these terms will be updated as needed.
6. Limitation of Liability
penii is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account through the app settings.
8. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, reviews, or suggestions about penii, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback to operate, improve, and support the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected within the app and on this page with an updated effective date.
